A sticky floor, open bags of rubbish, excrement scattered all over the rooms of the house… The municipal police of Béthune (Pas-de-Calais) intervened, a few days ago, at the home of a couple, owner of two dogs deemed dangerous, reports the Voice of the North.
At the beginning of July, the firefighters intervened at the couple’s home, housing two children. The youngest, 2 years old, had been attacked in the face and on the upper body by an American Staff. Assessment on leaving the hospital: 37 stitches.
Three weeks later, when they entered the house, the agents discovered dirt there, smelled a strong smell of urine, feces scattered on the floor, a dog in a cage in the middle of the living room… Unsanitary conditions such as a social worker is notified.
The two children are removed from the couple immediately. They would have been attributed to their mother. The biting dog should be euthanized in a few days in a clinic in Pas-de-Calais.
