Jordan Veretout is one of Pablo Longoria’s priorities as a midfielder for this summer transfer window. Negotiations are reportedly still ongoing with AC Roma and are progressing in the right direction.
Contrary to the information relayed here, it seems that French international midfielder Jordan Veretout could well land at OM this summer.
Indeed, according to the latest information from the Foot Mercato site, OM have moved up a gear in this case. We thus learn, quite surprisingly, that OM are currently on loan from the AS Roma player. The two clubs are discussing and the discussions are progressing well. The talks are progressing in the right direction, even if nothing is closed yet, specifies the French media.

Milan still in the race?
Under contract with AS Roma until June 2024, the former Nantes player was transferred from Fiorentina in 2020 against a check for 17 million euros. The latter is now clearly no longer in José Mourinho’s plans this season and should therefore leave Rome. As mentioned in recent days, AC Milan is also keeping an eye on him, even if Marseille seems to be ahead of the game.
