The collective energy of Plouzané AC rugby hampered by a legal dispute – Plouzané

Plouzané AC rugby held an extraordinary general meeting on Friday September 16, 2022, at the premises of the Maison du rugby, in the presence of the mayor, Yves Du Buit. Many licensees took part in the vote, which concerned people co-opted to the steering committee during the period of covid-19, when no general meeting had been able to be held for two years.

“Today, we are brought before the courts by some, for lack of legality of the last general assembly. We are therefore holding this one in order to be “clean” the day we find ourselves before the judge, ”specifies Julien Lefrançois, president, who was one of the outgoing.

“We expect Pac rugby to remain a flagship club for Brittany”

“The club is at a turning point in its history, after more or less painful stages. And it’s unfortunate that things turn out like that, for formal things. We expect Pac rugby to remain a flagship club for Brittany, and that the problems activated by some do not hinder collective energy, ”underlines the mayor.

“I feared this vote and the presence of people who are hostile to us. But they were absent and withdrew their candidacy, ”concluded Julien Lefrançois.

All the candidates present on the list were elected, namely: Gabriel Lebailly, Julien Lefrançois, Gwen Le Meur, Didier Ouarne, Christophe Paroissien, Laurent Philipot, Éric Stéphan and Yves Todeschini. Note that the steering committee met quickly to elect the office.
