It was his wife who, on Sunday September 18, alerted the emergency services shortly before 11 a.m.

During the puppy show which took place this weekend at Parc Expo 70, the firefighters were called for a person in vital distress. Around 10 a.m. on Sunday, September 18, a 52-year-old man complained of chest pains as he walked through the aisles of the salon with his wife and daughter. After being unwell, his wife would have alerted the emergency services. When they arrived, they took care of the man who was in cardiorespiratory arrest. The SMUR and firefighters teams tried in vain to resuscitate him for nearly an hour. The victim was declared dead at noon by the emergency doctor. The intervention caused a strong emotion on the side of the exhibitors and the visitors, present during the show.
