The battle between the pros and the anti-hunters rages on social networks, sometimes with little discernment. This is how animal rights activists attacked fighter pilots, confusing them with hunters.
It’s a sudden notoriety that the “Chasse Embarquée” Twitter account, which presents itself as an official communication channel for French Navy fighter pilots, did not expect. And it would have been well done with the insults received following the indiscretions on the “hunting plan”, revealed this Tuesday, October 25.

Two Twitter accounts targeted
“We also remind people insulting us in private messages that we are piloting French Navy bursts with the name Embedded Hunting”, was forced to recall the Twitter account on Tuesday evening.
Hello, following the message from our brothers in arms of @Hunting Squadrons, we also remind people insulting us in private messages (for the animal cause) that we fly French Navy Rafales with the name Embedded Hunting. thank you and good evening pic.twitter.com/UfYqBpiA4P

Same observation for @EscadronChasse, another account managed by the pilots of French fighter squadrons, and who chose humor to denounce the ridiculous attacks of which they are the victims. “Hello to all the new followers who have subscribed following government decisions on the practice of hunting in France.
This message serves simply as a reminder”, the account tweeted, accompanying its message with two photos, one of an airplane and the other of a fighter.
“Let’s get along: we do not take sides in this social issue. Hunters should not take this publication as a gesture of sympathy. It is not. We simply regret the blind shots (without game of words) of certain followers”, also specifies @EscadronChasse.
