Breuil-le-Vert: a pony pulled out of a pool by firefighters

The Clermont firefighters intervened this Monday, October 24 in the morning to save a pony that had fallen into a private swimming pool. After two hours and after emptying the pool and installing a makeshift staircase, the animal was rescued.

This Monday morning, shortly before 10 a.m., the Clermont firefighters intervened following an unusual discovery in Breuil-le-Vert. A pony, which had escaped the vigilance of its owners, found itself trapped in their swimming pool, rue des Hirondelles.

The rescuers and the owners of the pony emptied the pool and installed straws, planks and other slips to make a makeshift staircase for the poor animal.

Supported by straps, the pony was finally able to be rescued after two hours of intervention.
